Frameworx Development, LLC was founded by two longtime friends, Jason and Cory, with a shared vision: to create a homebuilding company that puts homeowners first. After working together at Lennar, they saw an opportunity to make the homebuilding experience more personalized and homeowner-focused, leading them to venture out and create something special.

Cory brings a unique perspective to the company with his extensive background in insurance. As a licensed insurance agent and business owner, he understands the importance of protecting families and ensuring peace of mind throughout the homebuilding process. His expertise allows Frameworx Development, LLC to approach every project with a deep commitment to client care and long-term satisfaction.

Jason, the youngest VP of Construction at Lennar’s largest division, built thousands of homes and hundreds of multifamily developments throughout his career. His vast experience in large-scale projects gives him a keen eye for quality and precision, ensuring every home built by Frameworx Development, LLC meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
